Flagler Beach Delays Approval of 8-Unit Vacation Rental Project

The Flagler Beach City Commission has postponed the final approval of a proposed three-story, eight-unit vacation rental building located at 1708 South Ocean Shore Boulevard. The project is currently on hold until July 16 to allow the developer to incorporate additional screening requirements along the property's western alley boundary.
