Santa Clara County Fireworks Rules for July 4th

Santa Clara County fire officials are reminding residents that consumer fireworks are illegal to use, possess, or sell throughout most of the county. The City of Gilroy is the only jurisdiction in the county where consumer fireworks are permitted.
