Original title: MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit to designated State review agencies a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-9), revising the City of Fort Lauderdale Uptown Activity Center (Commission Districts 4 and 8), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, REGARDING THE FORT LAUDERDALE UPTOWN ACTIVITY CENTER; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
