CDD 24-0950 PETITION TO MODIFY THE SOUTH CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve the modification of South Creek Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total of $4,900,000 budgeted for development costs for the expansion area, it is estimated that $931,586 (or about 19%) of infrastructure development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
