(K9PALS), and Companion Animal Placement Assistance (CAPA): Animal Arts Design Services (Animal Arts) valued at $25,749.00, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and ratify the acceptance of the In-Kind Donation to Santa Barbara County Animal Services from SBCACF, K9PALS, and CAPA of architectural and design services of Animal Arts valued at $25,749.00; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0011076; and c) Determine that the above-recommended actions are not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5) since that the actions consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
