Original title: Adopt a resolution approving Agreements for Services with Aftershock Geotechnical, Blackburn Consulting, BSK Associates, Geocon Consultants, Kleinfelder, and Terracon Consultants to provide On-Call Materials Testing Services for a term of three years for a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000 each and authorizing term extensions up to two years for an additional $200,000 each for a total not-to-exceed amount of $500,000 each; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to take all appropriate actions necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of the resolution.
