Northwest Miami-Dade father arrested for child abuse after allegedly hitting twins with jump rope
Adan Ricardo Garayguevara, 38, was arrested and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm after police say he struck his 14-year-old twins with a jump rope. The incident occurred after the father discovered the children had created an Instagram account against his instructions.
