Florida Investigates Flour Additive in General Mills Products

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has launched an investigation into the use of potassium bromate, a flour additive, by General Mills and its subsidiary, Pillsbury. The state has issued subpoenas to the companies to obtain information regarding product safety research and sales to Florida schools.
