Police confirm death of suspect in Vero Beach library double homicide

Vero Beach police have identified the body of Jesse Scott Ellis, the suspect wanted for the March 24 murders of Stacie Mason and Danny Ooley. Officials believe Ellis died by suicide shortly after the shooting occurred outside the Indian River County Main Library.
