Original title: A. MOTION TO APPROVE Third Amendment to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) Cooperative Agreement A-00402625 (“Grant”), in the amount of $548,633; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, to execute amendments to the Grant that do not impose additional financial obligations or material risks to the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Grant. ACTION: (T-11:31 AM) Approved. VOTE: 9-0. B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution within the Air Program EPA 105 Fund for the Natural Resources Division in the amount of $458,245 for the purpose of protecting and improving air quality in Broward County. ACTION: (T-11:31 AM) Approved Resolution No. 2026-274. VOTE: 9-0.
