New I-275 Express Lanes and Trail Open on Howard Frankland Bridge

The Florida Department of Transportation has opened new northbound express lanes and a pedestrian-bicycle path on the Howard Frankland Bridge as part of a $972.5 million project. The lanes are currently toll-free during a testing phase, but will eventually require electronic payment via transponder.
