San Diego has implemented new restrictions on rideshare pickups along Fifth Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter during late-night hours on weekends. Drivers are prohibited from picking up passengers on this street between Market and E streets from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
