Original title: MOTION TO ENACT Ordinance, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO ELEVATOR OUTAGES; AMENDING AND RENUMBERING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 21 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES (“CODE”); CREATING SECTION 21-10 OF THE CODE, ESTABLISHING ELEVATOR REPAIR REQUIREMENTS FOR MULTISTORY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS; AMENDING SECTION 8½-16, RELATING TO CIVIL PENALTIES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
