Cyclosporiasis Outbreak Linked to Shredded Lettuce at Some Taco Bell Locations

The CDC and FDA have identified shredded iceberg lettuce served at certain Taco Bell restaurants in the Midwest as the source of a recent cyclosporiasis outbreak. Cyclosporiasis is an intestinal illness caused by a microscopic parasite.
