Key West City Crews Improve Higgs Beach

City workers recently completed maintenance and repairs at Higgs Beach and the nearby park after the city took over ownership from Monroe County. The improvements include fixing the exercise deck, landscaping, and trimming trees to keep the area clean and safe for public use.
