Original title: MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution the title of which is as follows: (Commission District 4) A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A SOVEREIGNTY SUBMERGED LANDS EASEMENT FROM THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING RECORDATION; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
