Hernandez, the fee simple owner of the lands underlying the subject right-of-way, has submitted this request to connect the two non-contiguous portions of her property that are currently bisected by the subject vacate area. Public Works has reviewed the petition and confirmed there is no reimbursement required for the existing right-of-way improvements. There are no objections to this vacating request. Estimated costs for required advertising per statute, recording fees, and processing, are accounted for in the Petitioner’s application fee of $400.
