The Petitioners, Satyaprasad and Swarooparani Vadlamudi, the fee simple owners of the lands underlying the right-of-way, have submitted this request to create a more rectangular parcel that allows for a better designed development. The Public Works Department has reviewed the petition and confirmed no reimbursement is Required for the existing right-of-way improvements. There are no objections to this vacating request.
