What counts
Official personal financial-disclosure filings attached to a POLISCOPE person record, plus available FEC candidate-summary cycles. They share a time axis for navigation, not a financial meaning: campaign money is not personal wealth and is never added to disclosed net position.
Exact values
Florida Form 6 net worth is shown as the sworn figure stated by the filing. Negative values remain negative. A filing with no parsed figure remains unavailable, never zero.
Ranges
U.S. House disclosures report asset and liability brackets. POLISCOPE preserves a low–high interval. Any estimated midpoint is labeled ESTIMATED MIDPOINT, shown only as secondary context, and never used to rank people.
Missing records
A gap means no filing for that period exists in POLISCOPE's current record. It does not claim the person failed a legal filing requirement and does not imply zero wealth.
Cross-regime limits
Values share an axis only when they come from the same filing regime and reporting period. Florida Form 6 and federal annual disclosures use different legal requirements and valuation methods, so POLISCOPE blocks direct ranking between them.
Campaign categories
Receipts, disbursements, and cash on hand are FEC cycle totals. Individual, PAC/committee, and committee-transfer figures are components or sources within receipts, so overlapping bars must not be summed. A missing candidate-cycle match remains “no record,” never zero.
